Refund Policy

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the hire of furnitures and tableware if any damaged or faulty but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 1 days or before event start after you receive any item. If 1 days have gone by since delivery of your hire, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible to report a faulty item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original state since delivery.

To complete your return, we require you to phone us and make a complaint about a faulty items and can try replace it quickly before event or function starts
